Chief N. I. Isekhure, The Chief Priest of Benin Kingdom, The Isekhure of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria. The Chief is the Chairman of the Board in the Region for ACTLAP. He is a writer and have publish several books worldwide in African tradition, history and Issues as it affect African. Has made representation for the Edo People in the U.S.A., Africa, Britain and Canada

Prof. E. U. Emovon, Former Vice Chancellor, Unijos. Former Hon. Minister of Science and Technology and Former Coordinator SHESTCO. An Outstanding Scientist who really has the interest of ACTLAP at heart. An amazing award wining Nigerian in his field and good work.

Dr. Sylvanus A. Ehikioya, Issues on Education and Planning. Dr. Ehikioya is currently a Senior Director at the Nigerian Communication Commission. He is also a Professor at the Dept. of Computer Science, University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Deacon Peter Aburime, Chief Immigration Officer, Nigerian Immigration, Edo State of Nigeria. A Great Nigerian who after schooled and leaved several years in the U.S.A. went back to serve his country. An Outstanding philanthropist, whose interest is to see ACTLAP grow ,in Edo State, to its utmost height and for the purpose of which ACTLAP was developed.

Prof. G. I. Akenzua, Formal Deputy Vice-Chancellor (DVC) (Admin) University of Benin. A humble and fascinating well respected Humanitarian. A Dukedom Chief of the Benin Kingdom. A highly intelligent Nigerian who after spending a very long time and did most of his studies in Canada find his country to be in more need of him than where he was. Today he has excelled through some of the well respected positions in Nigeria and now oversea one of the well know federal Universities in Nigeria, The University of Benin (UNIBEN)
