ACTLAP is a Canadian Registered Charitable Organization which maintains that a crucial step to alleviate poverty is through the embrace of technology and active participation in helping the community we live and uniting our youth & their families.

ACTLAP was established by Canadian Individuals who believe that our future will be best determined by how well we us the technological tools to bridge the gap between us.

Our mandate is to establish Training Centers and creative programs to address the problem of Computer and Technology illiteracy by offering courses, seminars, conferences and meetings and by providing participants with Products, Technological-Equipments necessary to make our communities more productive.

Through active programs and initiatives, we provide a knowledge base environment to help disadvantaged Children and their families in our communities by providing the assistance they need the most.

As a measure of success, ACTLAP is working hard to expand operations outside Canada. This Initiative will duplicate approved Charitable programs and initiatives to help alleviate poverty and bring Health, Computer &  Technology literacy by using the same Computer Technology in poor communities outside Canada. Especially areas in the world that is most affected by AIDS/HIV epidemic & illiteracy.
